• Our check in is between 14:00 and 18:00, but we can be flexible with prior arrangement.
• Our check-out time is at 10:00, but can be flexible with prior arrangement.
• Due to our exclusive and limited offering, we require 100% payment of accommodation on reservation.
• A deposit of $ (USD) 1,000.00 is required for trophy hunting bookings, and can be added on to the reservation.
• We require all guests’ full names, surnames, identity or passport numbers, email addresses, residential address, country of origin and flight names and numbers. We will also require the names and contact numbers of the next of kin.

• Our Bed and Breakfast (B&B) rate includes only accommodation, bed and breakfast. Namibian VAT, the Tourism and Environmental Levy and all other extras are to be settled directly.
• Rates exclude Namibian VAT and compulsory Namibian Tourism and Environmental Levy. The latter is calculated as 1% of the fully inclusive rate calculated before 15% VAT.
• A compulsory disclaimer must be signed upon arrival by each guest.
• It is a condition of travel that guests have travel insurance. Should they not have insurance cover, they will be personally responsible for any costs incurred as a result of a medical emergency or evacuation, as well as any other insurance claim situation such as loss of luggage. Gorooab Lodge cannot be held responsible and accepts no liability for any of the situations mentioned.
• Only cash, credit cards or direct deposits are accepted.
• Tariffs include: Limited house wine, beer and soft drinks will be served during dinner at the Lodge; hunting guide per hunt; skinning, raw preparation and transportation of trophies to your shipping agent in Namibia; trophies that are exported are tax exempt; 4 x 4 transport vehicle for hunting; Wi-Fi connection at the main Lodge.
• Tariffs exclude: Laundry service; all flights and transport to the Lodge; gratuities; liability and personal insurance; rifle hire; taxidermy costs; wounded and not found game will be charged in full plus 15% VAT (value added tax), as they cannot be exported.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to email address info@gorooab.com. No verbal cancellations will be accepted. Cancellation fees are applicable to the entire length of stay as well as deposits for trophy hunting.

Accommodation:

• Cancellation 28 days and more prior to arrival 25%
• Cancellation 21 days and more prior to arrival 50%
• Cancellation 14 days and more prior to arrival 75%
• Less than 7 days cancellation prior to arrival or no shows 100%

Trophy Hunting:

• Cancellation 90 days and more prior to hunt 25% of deposit
• Cancellation 60 days and more prior to hunt 50% of deposit
• Cancellation 30 days and more prior to hunt 75% of deposit
• Less than 30 days cancellation prior to hunt or no shows 100% of deposit
